There isn't any historical evidence to prove or disprove that Jesus and Mary Magdalene were married. If they were married that would be significant important to history and it wouldn't make sense for anyone to try and hide it. Mary Magdalene was a key witness to the resurrection of Jesus and she was a female leader so either way it wouldn't have matter if she was his wife or not.
